# Conversations

> Everytime your **voice agent** is initiated whether through the **phone** or **web**, it is stored as a conversation. The conversation can be accessed using the dashboard or the [**endpoint**](https://wakoai.mintlify.site/api-reference/conversations/list.md).

**1. Using the Dashboard**

Select the conversation you want to view

**2. Using the Endpoint**

You can list all the conversations using this [endpoint](https://wakoai.mintlify.site/api-reference/conversations/list.md).
